Select a contiguous 7-hour block (example 3-10 PM, 2-9 PM, etc). Cleanup needs to be done no later than 11pm. Event hours include all set-up and clean-up, including for any vendors or subcontractors you use.

  • Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday: $1,900
  • Thursday: $2,200
  • Friday or Saturday: $2,500
  • Each additional hour: $250

 

CORPORATE EVENTS

Same pricing as weddings (see above). If you need fewer hours and your event is before 2pm, please contact us for custom pricing, pending availability.

 

Note: Alcohol is not allowed at the venue.

 

What’s Included
  • Use of facility including: Ballroom, Serving Kitchen with fridge and microwaves (no oven), Bride’s Room, and Patio.
  • 60″ round tables and or 6′ banquet tables
  • Over 200 chairs
  • Sound system with wireless microphone
  • Host/hostess onsite during event
